Delete Your Account

To request deletion of your Scraply account and the data we hold on your behalf, email us from the same address associated with your Google Sign-In:

What gets deleted, and when

We process your request and permanently delete the following within 30 days of receiving it:

• Your account record (internal account identifier, onboarding status)
• Your stored content-encryption key

We keep no backup or copy of this data beyond that 30-day processing window — there is no additional retention period after deletion.

What stays in your control

Your photos and journal entries are backed up as encrypted files in your own Google Drive account (in a hidden, app-specific folder), not on our servers. You can remove them at any time, independently of us, by:

• Revoking Scraply's access at myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps with account access, and/or
• Uninstalling the app, which removes everything stored locally on your device.

Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account record — email us as described above to have that removed as well.
